  I placed an online order with tools today in December, after no communication from them I contacted to ensure order had been dispatched, I was informed no, as they did not have it in stock. No apology nothing. I stupidly ordered another tool from this site last week, again no communication so I emailed today only to be told they did not have it in stock and would be 3 weeks till they have it. In this day and age is is dismal customer service not only take money for items you do not have in stock but to not communicate and inform your customer is shocking. I’m not sure where the today in ‘toolstoday’ comes from. Do not order from here unless you want a guess if they have it, wait weeks for it and you chase them for communication.
