  I only used 5 star for every taxi journey for over a year but recently been using another firm in Dudley after twice I was taken to work the long way round then charged extra because it was "on the meter" ... I was walking into the taxi base by the bus station before Xmas and one of their drivers said they would take me , I live by the buffery park less than a mile from town and was charged £4.50 !!! The driver was arguing with me when we only ever pay £3 and me or my Mum used to use 5 star 2-3 times a week ! Some of the drivers don't even get out to help you and watch you struggle with shopping . Terrible company lately . I now use 202020. A lot better service , cheaper and better drivers !
